The Sunset Cottageis located on the Brixen Ivy Ranch.
The Sunset Cottage is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a full kitchen and livingroom. The cottage has a private entrance and drive with views overlooking the valley. The bedrooms have at least 1 queen size bed. The living room has a couch that converts to a double bed. The full kitchen has all the convieniences of home. There is also a large washer and dryer in the unit.
The living room has a flat screen tv with cable and a fireplace. If outside cooking is your thing, just let us know and we will have the gas gill ready for your use.
Bedroom 1 has – 1 queen size bed
Bedroom 2 has – 1 queen size bed and 1 bunk bed with the botton bunk a double and the top bunk a single size bed
Bedroom 3 has – 2 queen size beds
The livingroom has a couch that converts to a double bed.
The Africa Room can also be rented with the Sunset Cottage for an additional charge – the Africa Room is a 1 bed 1 bathroom with a king size bed and a separate private entrance.
